Signal Media

Signal Media is the rebranding of Mitchell Moss Media in 2025 – Signal Media produces live streaming / broadcasting for events such as weddings or parties, corporate video, etc. Signal also provides photography and standard videography for these kinds of events as well.

Signal Media is the “umbrella,” under which all of the separate projects lie.

The Kingsford Heights Weather Page

The Kingsford Heights Weather Page has gone through many iterations, starting as “Kingsford Heights Weather” – it was started as a way to share local weather data and alerts with the residents of the small town. We then shifted to news related content with the name “KH Weather and News” – but once things got too crammed with my daily life, I ushered back to just weather – therefore The Kingsford Heights Weather Page was back. I’m currently thinking of broadening the page to all of LaPorte – so, we may see future changes yet!

Northern Indiana Weather Camera Initiative

The Northern Indiana Weather Camera Initiative is a project to bring 24/7 weather cameras to Northern Indiana for the public’s knowledge and for use by forecasters in both government (NWS) and private (News Orgs, Private Mets, etc) sectors. Right now, Indiana only has cameras in very specific areas and they are not readily accessible to the public. The goal is to supply both camera feeds and weather data for anyone’s use. Northern Indiana’s weather is unique – let’s showcase it!

Signal Sports

Signal Sports is the sports broadcasting arm of Signal Media. It will eventually feature weekly broadcasts in Northern Indiana schools, starting in the Duneland Conference and working out from there.

Signal Sports also is working on a separate product that brings school sports rosters, roster images, and team photos to the media and other school broadcasters, making broadcasting school sports in Northern Indiana easier than ever before.
